How long will my sessions last?

Sessions usually last for 50 minutes and take place on a weekly basis to maintain consistency. However, this may vary based on the nature of your concerns and the therapeutic approach being used by your therapist. You can speak to your therapist to figure out what works best for you.

What if I donā€™t align with my Therapist?

Donā€™t worry, if you feel that you donā€™t align with your therapist. Just let us know, and we will assign you another therapist that matches your concerns and budget. No questions asked.
